About the Role:

This is a 360° sales role, offering the opportunity to manage the entire sales process-from prospecting new clients to upselling and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, presenting tailored Microsoft solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and convert new leads, including cold outreach and networking opportunities.
  • Client Account Management: Nurture existing relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to craft and present solutions tailored to client needs, with a primary focus on Business Central.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about Microsoft's evolving technology stack to position the company as a trusted advisor to clients.
Skills & Experience Needed:
  • Dynamics Expertise: Experience in selling or consulting within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential. Knowledge of Customer Engagement (CE) or Power Platform is a strong plus.
  • Proven Sales Ability: Demonstrable success in a sales role, ideally within ERP or technology solutions.
  • Consultative Approach: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Adaptability: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects.
  • Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are advantageous but not required.
