Role and Responsibilities:
* Overall responsibility to maximize sales opportunities
* Work with estimating team to review incoming enquiries and clarify any queries/discrepancies with contractor by raising RFI's - confirmation in writing if possible
* Follow up project quotations, negotiating to secure orders, ensuring relevant notes recorded on HubSpot, close dates updated etc.
* Working with the Estimating/Pre-Con team on any queries during the tender process
* Comprehensive hand over of secured projects to Project Manager in conjunction with estimator, ensuring all paper and electronic files in good order
* Keep up to date with product developments, particularly non standard product or key issues that may have been discussed during the tender/pre con period
* Working with Sales Director to develop annual territory sales plan and individual account plans for key accounts, monitor progress
* Network with customers and suppliers to build network of contacts
* Adhere to all relevant company processes
