Business Development DirectorRole Overview

We have partnered with a fast-growing Fintech seeking an experienced Business Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales KPIs including meetings, proposals, and revenue targets
  • Expand existing accounts and grow new business funnel
  • Develop partner solutions aligned with client objectives and company brand
  • Identify market opportunities and educate clients on product benefits
  • Establish and nurture client relationships, including cold calling and lead follow-up
  • Onboard B2B clients, run product demos, and ensure seamless customer experience
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of inside sales experience in products/technology/services
  • Proven success record in the UK market
  • Strong knowledge of a target sector (e.g., Banking/FS, Crypto, Charities)
  • Self-starter capable of handling all aspects of the sales process
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in CRM usage
