The Company

I'm currently working on a Business Development Director role at a creative/production agency!

Exciting Bits:

  • My client are an agency producing content for world-class brands across Auto, Tech and Corporate brands!
  • The team are already working with amazing brands such as Jaguar and TikTok.
  • This is a new business role to build out my clients roster.
  • Monthly commission & quarterly bonus structure
  • My client also have their own creative and production studios!

The Role:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives

You:

  • 3+ years experience selling to brands/clients directly
  • Working experience or knowledge of the social / influencer space (bonus)
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
