Role: Business Development DirectorSalary: £60,000-70,000 + OTE (10% on gross margin per project)Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting Market Research agencies.
  • Achieve an annual revenue target of £400k by winning and growing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams across Sales, Project Management, and Research to deliver tailored client solutions.

Skills:

  • Proven experience selling services or solutions to Market Research agencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
