A leading national business advisory firm is looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Business Development Executive with a "can do" and positive attitude to join their forward looking and collaborative team in London.

Straightforward, pragmatic and real, the firm specialises in forensics, corporate finance, debt advisory, restructuring and financial advisory and delivers strategic solutions across a broad range of situations. You will be joining an ambitious BD team, whose aim is to continually improve, refine best practice, increase revenue and market share, access new verticals and embed progressive BD skills and mindset across the business. This influential and respected team work closely together to ensure they support one another to achieve both team and personal objectives. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role holder will play a key part in assisting the London BD team to support Partners in confidently winning new business and retaining existing clients. The role will require you to build strong and influential relationships with senior stakeholders across the business and in return offers the opportunity to be involved with a range of exciting initiatives. The Business Development Executive will enjoy a broad role working closely with the team to develop and deliver strategic activities that grow efficiency, skills and confidence across the business. This will include project managing intelligent, cross pillar targeting outreach and supporting the client programme by managing key lender and legal relationship data and insights to grow the firm’s share of wallet from major referrers. The Business Development Executive will be expected to embed a culture of pitch best practice by developing content and resource libraries and will lead key elements of sector campaigns to increase market share by creating new business opportunities and raising the firm’s profile. The successful applicant will also support on strategic events to maximise ROI and efficiency.

A personable and confident team player, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, the ideal candidate will have proven experience gained in a similar role working within a professional or financial services environment. With sound organisational skills and a strong ability to handle multiple priorities within tight timescales, the Business Development Executive will enjoy meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
