We have partnered with an international law firm, who are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join their Real Estate & Construction Division. This role is integral to supporting the firm's business development and marketing efforts, helping to build and maintain strong client relationships and drive the firm's market profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Real Estate & Construction Division in business development and marketing activities.
  • Develop strong and influential relationships with partners, fee earners, and colleagues both in the UK and internationally.
  • Assist in planning and budgeting, including participating in relevant meetings and providing updates on activities.
  • Support strategic targeting of new and existing business, including financial analysis and relationship mapping.
  • Create and manage credentials statements, draft pitches, and presentations for internal and external use.
  • Support the planning, delivery, and follow-up of targeted events such as seminars, webinars, and client hospitality.
  • Assist in identifying and coordinating PR activities and maintaining marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate legal directory and award submissions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including maintaining and updating the firm's website and social media channels.
  • Work with the CRM team to maintain and develop the firm's contact management system.

About You:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in legal marketing and/or an international law firm or other professional services environment.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and developing strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM systems (preferably InterAction) is advantageous.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a flair for the 'sales' side of professional services marketing.
  • A proven track record of achieving results in a professional services environment.
  • Good academic record and the ability to adapt and respond to conflicting requirements.
