About the Business Development Executive RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the heart of the company’s sales operations. Your role involves managing the inflow of inquiries, crafting terms for brokers and clients, and facilitating seamless application handovers to underwriting. As the first point of contact for new clients, you’ll be a vital brand ambassador, promoting products effectively and ensuring exceptional service.

Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of lending policies and apply pricing decisions to inquiries
  • Manage and respond to correspondence via lending inboxes, ensuring a smooth application process
  • Oversee the due diligence process for all lending applications and inquiries
  • Maintain and update the broker onboarding process to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Track enquiries, terms, and applications in the CRM, analysing trends
  • Work with the Director of Sales to optimize CRM analytics and streamline the field sales team’s efficiency
  • Draft and issue business terms for brokers and clients
  • Handle incoming inquiries and identify potential intermediaries
  • Proactively generate new business leads through outbound calls, networking, and a strong product knowledge
  • Act as the first point of contact for direct bridging inquiries, ensuring an excellent client experience
  • Uphold a positive, goal-oriented approach that inspires colleagues and clients alike
