Business Development Executive - Insurance - Competitive base salary - uncapped commission + generous benefits

We are currently partnered with an international insurer who is seeking a Business Development Executive (any line of business) to join their growing team.They are looking for experienced professionals that are looking to have the freedom to handle their own business.

Up to 50% of retained commission.

What you'll do:

  • Drive new business opportunities and exceed targets.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to upsell.
  • Attend industry events to network and seize new opportunities.
  • Negotiate effectively with underwriters and insurers.

Required:

  • 2+ years experience in business development and sales within insurance.
  • You'll need excellent communication and negotiation skills, a client-focused mindset, and a strong desire to achieve.
  • Strong track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
  • Ability to generate leads and build pipelines independently.
  • Flexibility to travel.
