We are recruiting a Business Development Executive for our client based in London. This is a hybrid role working 1-2 per month in the London office and the rest will be working remotely.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in selling either Technology solutions for Contact centres or BPO services.

Salary : £negotiable plus healthy bonus
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (Sales Hunter) is responsible for driving new business acquisition and establishing strong relationships with prospective clients. Focused on selling tech-driven CX solutions, this role targets organizations looking to enhance their contact centre operations through innovative technologies or outsourcing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
- Identify, target, and win new logo business opportunities in the UK market.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive lead generation and networking efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and organizational goals.
Solution Selling:
- Understand client requirements and design tailored solutions that integrate tech-driven CX strategies and BPO services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for prospects.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of CX technology and BPO solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Lead the creation of customized proposals, including financial models and implementation plans.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Participate in RFX responses and tender documentation, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Market Insights and Relationship Building:
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes within the contact centre and BPO sectors.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and credibility.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in selling contact center technology or BPO solutions.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing new clients in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of tech-driven CX solutions and their application within the contact center and BPO industries.
- Proven ability to prospect and sell to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to craft effective sales propositions.
