An entrepreneurial start-up organisation which has developed a unique AI-driven offering for the PCN community and wider healthcare market.Their vision is to transform the way that healthcare providers manage capacity, streamline their processes and deliver better patient outcomes through automation and data-driven insight. You will be joining a successful team of innovative people, based in Canary Wharf.You:

  • Will have a demonstrable track-record in hitting or exceeding sales targets in a sales/business development role from the Healthcare or Health Technology sector.
  • It is highly desirable to have a background in selling into PCNs, ICBs, GP surgeries (or closely related).
  • Good knowledge of GP contracts, capacity and access funding, DES contracts and NHS service level agreements.
  • Exemplary communication skills, able to present confidently with clarity and credibility.
  • Current understanding of the landscape in the UK HealthTech sector, including challenges and opportunities.
  • Good awareness of the terminology used in the UK NHS community and healthcare sector, enabling you to liaise capably with the decision makers in these communities.
  • Competent in explaining AI-driven and technical products in an accessible manner.
  • Strong multi-tasker, capable of managing a number of clients at various stages of the sales lifecycle at any one time.

Scope of the role:

  • Generate leads through cold outreach.
  • Targeting new business through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
  • Book visits with GP surgeries, PCNs and decision makers in the HealthTech sector.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Tailor outreach approaches to your various audiences, addressing the challenges they face depending on where they are in the healthcare lifecycle.
  • Building effective relationships with both new and existing clients in order to maximise your sales potential.
  • Negotiating pricing and terms, close deals and create a landscape that fosters long-lasting relationships.
  • Create and keep an accurate sales pipeline, track contact interactions and use to inform next steps in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with other areas of the business, as well as the rest of the sales team.
  • Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure clear and consistent messaging around the businesses value propositions.
