Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers for our cutting-edge AI recruitment product.

Success in this role means directly contributing to our company’s expansion, as increasing our customer base is a key business priority. This position requires building relationships with new and previously churned customers while staying informed about the job market to close deals effectively. Your primary target audience will be SMEs, and the role demands a high volume of transactions to maximise market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our customer base by generating new business from SME prospects—primarily outbound with some inbound leads.

  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to convert free trials into paid contracts.

  • Maintain a seamless relationship with the Retention Sales team, ensuring smooth handovers of new accounts post-sale.

  • Proven experience in developing new business revenue.

  • Enthusiastic and creative problem-solver.

  • Consultative sales approach with confidence in closing deals.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales KPIs and targets.
