We are pleased to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in London, who is looking for a talented BD & Marketing Manager to join their Employment and Immigration practice group on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This firm is known for its excellent reputation and boasts a friendly, supportive, and collaborative culture. With hybrid working options available, this role offers the perfect balance of flexibility and professional growth. This firm is very happy to consider a strong Senior BD executive who is looking to step into a first time Manager role.

The remit of this BD Manager role is varied, and no two days will be the same! Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and deliver BD and marketing initiatives for the practice group.
  • Manage budgets and track ROI.
  • Identify opportunities and research client and market trends.
  • Manage awards and directory submissions.
  • Oversee campaign management and event coordination.
  • Develop content for use across multiple channels.
  • Support bid projects and gather client feedback.
  • Mentor junior team members.

The successful candidate for this Business Development Manager role will need:

  • Previous BD and/or marketing experience gained in the professional services sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to commit to a 12-month FTC.
  • Experience in managing budgets and tracking ROI.
  • Ability to develop and deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Strong research skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
