Business Development Sales Consultant

Are you a seasoned sales and business development executive with a proven track record in driving new business revenue? Our client is an established Cybersecurity consultancy agency, searching for a high-performing individual to join their team. If you have experience in cyber, securing new accounts, and turning them into profitable relationships, we want to hear from you.

As an ideal candidate, your CV should reflect successful tenures with a focus on developing long-term client relationships, building a solid pipeline of business and achievement of targets. You don't need to be a technical genius that knows the deliverables, but you do need to understand how to build the value proposition and long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture incoming leads, converting them into long-term clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Sell a range of cybersecurity services, including cyber consulting, pen-testing, and other services
  • Conduct account management tasks, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored cybersecurity solutions during phone consultations with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and client needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cybersecurity field.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in tech sales, ideally within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a consultative sales approach. Not afraid of the phone!
  • Experience in selling complex services or solutions, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
