Our Client is seeking a new Business Growth & Profitability Manager to join their growing team, offering an impressive salary of £60,000 with commission structure in place.

The Business Growth & Profitability Manager will be based working out of London Heathrow Airport (LHR) You'll occasionally need to travel to support team members, and we're committed to providing a supportive, inclusive environment with a focus on professional growth and development.

Responsibilities as the Business Growth & Profitability Manager:

  • Own, maintain, and expand the pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Profile potential customers, understand their objectives, and assess their fit with operations
  • Use data to recommend pipeline priorities, updating Salesforce as required
  • Lead and manage winning proposals
  • Coordinate tender responses across teams (Sales, Culinary, Procurement, Costing, Operations) to meet bid requirements
  • Oversee the bid process from project planning through to final approval, integrating market insights and managing timelines
  • Generate insights on client profitability
  • Conduct detailed profitability analyses, working closely with Sales Strategy, Finance, and Operations
  • Regularly update and distribute client profitability reports to track performance
  • Collaborate with IT to improve reporting systems and develop user-friendly client dashboards
  • Provide sales teams with data-driven insights, collateral, training materials, and tools to drive client engagement and close contract changes

Requirements as a Business Growth & Profitability Manager:

  • 3+ years in business development, pipeline management, bid responses, and contract profitability analysis
  • Must have worked in Aviation Catering prior
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI, with a strong analytical mindset
  • Attention to detail, decision-making abilities, a collaborative spirit, and strategic thinking
