We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager (with account management), with an 80% focus on business development.
Location: Manchester or London, with travel between both offices. Minimum of two days in the office per week. Occasional travel to Europe expected.
Experience: 2-8 years, ideally within an engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify and secure new projects, expanding the client portfolio through targeted outreach and tailored solutions.
- Client Acquisition and Expansion: Develop relationships with new clients while also increasing the scope of services offered to existing accounts.
- Key Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for further collaboration.
- HR Resource Planning: Oversee talent allocation for projects, ensuring the right skills are deployed to meet client needs effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to long-term business strategy, including resource allocation, project planning, and market expansion.
- Performance Management: Provide ongoing feedback and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and align with business goals.
