- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the business unit's strategy to maximise revenue, profitability, and market presence.
- Sales & Market Development: Personally lead and mentor the sales team to target high-value customers in 3PL, postal, and e-commerce logistics markets. Drive top-line growth through consultative selling and long-term client relationships.
- Business Growth Ownership: Act as a growth catalyst, identifying opportunities to develop innovative solutions that address market needs and outperform competitors.
- Customer-Centric Engagement: Build strong partnerships with key customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that enhance their operational performance.
