The Role:

It’s an exciting time for Tollring (more on us later); we’re growing apace, and with multiple product lines backed by serious R&D investment, including some exciting new launches, so we are looking for a Business Development Manager to assist in driving our growth and success.

You will work alongside your colleagues in Business Development, as well as Sales Enablement, Product and Marketing to create new channel billing relationships with new and existing partners. The opportunity will include your own proactive research of new opportunities to promote Tollring products and services as well as from leads generated by Tollring marketing efforts.

You will ultimately be responsible for identifying, evaluating and delivering new billing opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the business and will deliver revenue growth in line with business objectives. From time to time, and depending on the opportunity size, you will either work on opportunities independently or in partnership with the Head of Business Development.

About You:

+ Experienced in Business Development or a similar role (at least 3 years) with a focus on new business sales and revenue growth within a tech / SaaS / Software setting+ SME experience - used to working in an agile, fast-paced & ever-changing setting+ Experienced working in or knowledgeable in Telecoms, Unified Comms Service Providers, IT MSPs, UCaas, CCaas, PBX highly desirable.+ Have a professional demeanour, capable of fostering client relationships+ Demonstrable track record of revenue growth and performance against targets+ Capable of operating independently in a fast paced, agile work environment+ Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour and drivers+ Able to ask intelligent questions that help to uncover and qualify opportunities+ Professional yet affable, with excellent communication skills+ Strong networking skills+ Able to find and use various tools to research+ Able to forecast revenue accurately and manage risks+ Experience onboarding new partners and ensuring smooth transitions to internal teams

Nice to Haves:

+ Channel sales experience+ Experienced in market research and competitor analysis+ Experienced with Zoho or similar CRM systems+ Able to speak a European language+ Previous experience working with Tollring (or similar) products
