Our client is one of the fastest-growing beauty brands and is quickly becoming one of the most recognised brands in the industry. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to join their team and be responsible for managing their EMEA account management team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring sell-in targets per account are achieved.
The role will also play a key role in developing the sell-in and sell-out strategy for all their partners in EMEA. They’re looking for someone energetic to come in, roll up their sleeves, and own the role. You will be a self-starter with fresh ideas and keen to join an amazing team of like-minded people!
This is an office based role 5 days a week in the West End of London.
Duties
- Overseeing P&L for all EMEA retailers to optimize profitability.
- Collaborating with senior management to establish sell-in targets for all EMEA partners, aligned with global revenue goals.
- Preparing monthly sell-in and sell-out reports with commentary for EMEA retailers.
- Owning KPIs and budgeting senior leadership reporting.
- Developing and managing in business plans for each account to achieve sales growth and uphold the company's high standards.
- Providing and managing 12-month rolling forecasting per retailer to the global demand team, ensuring accuracy, clear communication of changes in distribution, assortment, and potential new retailers.
- Driving revenue growth by finding opportunities to support sales growth and new business development.
- Negotiating and managing ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring maximum commercial benefit.
- Overseeing day-to-day sales order management and account planning activities.
- Working closely with the operations team to guarantee proper order processing, invoicing, and shipping, following internal NetSuite processes.
- Collaborating with the finance team on invoicing and credit memo inquiries, ensuring accurate cost pricing and promotional funding calculations.
- Playing a crucial role in swiftly resolving any accounts receivable issues related to the EMEA business.
- Partnering with the customer experience team to plan retailer staff trainings and events throughout EMEA.
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with all retail and distribution partners.
- Managing and leading the EMEA account management team, ensuring consistent high performance.
- Establishing, implementing, and monitoring individual KPIs and objectives for the team.
- Acting as a strong and dedicated ambassador for the EMEA sales team within the wider organization, fostering seamless collaboration with other departments.
