Are you a bi-lingual German/English speaker with a commercial mindset and a passion for the events and hospitality sector? This could be the perfect opportunity to join a growing international portfolio with one of the most respected names in the industry.

 

Our client, a market-leading exhibition business, is expanding their London team with the addition of a German-speaking Commercial Executive. Following successful events across Europe, they’re now launching a new show and you’ll play a key role in driving its growth and success.

 

In this client-facing sales role, you’ll be selling exhibition space and sponsorship across the German market, nurturing key accounts, and identifying commercial opportunities through networking and competitor events. You’ll also support with floorplan management and collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and content to shape the success of the show.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship

• Build and manage commercial relationships in the DACH region

• Attend events and client meetings including travel to Europe

• Update CRM and support with floorplan management

• Represent the brand at industry networking events and competitor shows

 

What we’re looking for:

• Fluent German and English (spoken & written)

• Experience in a B2B sales or events environment

• Commercially driven and target focused

• Organised and self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude

• Affinity with the hospitality industry is a bonus

• Willingness to travel within Europe

• A collaborative team player who can also work independently
