We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations across multiple project packages, driving performance, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Head Contracts: Changes, applications, entitlements, and cash flow.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide commercial insights and manage performance across packages.
- Negotiate contracts in line with budgets and forecasts.
- Mentor and manage commercial staff; deputize for senior roles when needed.
Requirements
- Expertise in contract administration and technical commercial matters.
- Strong industry knowledge, including sub-contractor markets and risks.
- Proven ability to drive positive cost/value outcomes.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent (RICS/CIOB membership preferred).
- Experience managing teams and delivering in high-pressure environments.
