We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to manage commercial operations across multiple project packages, driving performance, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Head Contracts: Changes, applications, entitlements, and cash flow.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and maximize opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Provide commercial insights and manage performance across packages.
  • Negotiate contracts in line with budgets and forecasts.
  • Mentor and manage commercial staff; deputize for senior roles when needed.

Requirements

  • Expertise in contract administration and technical commercial matters.
  • Strong industry knowledge, including sub-contractor markets and risks.
  • Proven ability to drive positive cost/value outcomes.
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or equivalent (RICS/CIOB membership preferred).
  • Experience managing teams and delivering in high-pressure environments.
