Commercial Manager | Fast Growth Music AI Start Up | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working alongside one of the most exciting fast growth music AI start ups, in the search for a Commercial Manager, to join their growing team. This is a newly created role, emphasising the rapid expansion of the organisation, with huge levels of autonomy and influence on offer to the successful candidate.

The Business:

Having set up the business in early 2023, our client has scaled impressively, with a strong balance sheet and healthy revenues providing a strong launchpad moving forward. Utilising AI, customers use our clients services to create engaging multi-platform content, using an extensive library of existing tracks for their videos. With a subscription-based revenue model in place, our client are constantly looking to expand, with a real focus on both increasing their B2B and B2C outreach being put into action for 2025.

Having just moved into a new office space in central London, this is truly an exciting opportunity to have real influence as the business continues to scale. There is a young and dynamic team in place, with a natural shared love of music and an emphasis placed on their values and internal culture. Working closely with the founder, there will be a requirement for a hands on mentality, focused around a shared common goal of business growth.

The Role:

Reporting into an extremely entrepreneurial founder with an already established presence in the music industry with strong connections to leaders in the space, this role will be extremely commercial in nature. There will be a core focus on growing the business, driving efficiencies within the current business offerings, and improving outreach to new clients, predominantly consisting of artists and labels. Our client is seeking an ambitious self-starter in the early stages of their career to join a dynamic team to work across social media, music trends, and fan engagement.

Duties:

  • Build partnerships with artists and labels
  • Outreach to potential new prospects
  • Spot and engage with emerging artists
  • Create innovative partnership strategies
  • Develop and implement processes for artist onboarding
  • Lead proof-of-concept projects
  • Contribute to the building and development of our new commercial team

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DPE)
