A brilliant role, leading our client accounts in terms commercials, coordinating for product development with our NPD team, coordinating for menu rotation and stock replenishment with our production team

About the Role:

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Client Account Manager to cultivate strong partnerships within our existing accounts, promote our full product range, and align with our clients' visions and requirements to enhance their customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, serving as the primary contact for any issues or escalations.

Manage and resolve client queries, leveraging cross-functional support when necessary.

Support business development initiatives and project-related activities.

Oversee products from concept to launch and beyond.

Collaborate with the management and production teams to ensure smooth operational processes.

Liaise with clients regarding their product needs and work with the product development team to ensure accurate delivery of client briefs.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in Account Management and/or Sales, with a strength in developing and expanding accounts. B2B sales experience is an advantage.

Effective communicator with strong listening skills to engage, collaborate, and identify opportunities.

Passionate about providing and enhancing client experience and satisfaction.

Self-motivated, resilient, adaptable, and capable of operating independently with minimal supervision.

Results-driven, detail-oriented team player.

Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

Desirable:

Industry knowledge in Bakery and/or experience in in the food or retail industry, but not essential.

French speaker would be a plus but not essential.
