About the role:

Westminster City Council is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end procurement processes within our corporate category, which includes a wide range of areas such as IT and Facilities Management (FM). This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely but requires presence at City Hall in Victoria 1-2 days a week. The Commercial Manager will report directly to the Head of Tendering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage procurement processes from initiation through to completion.
  • Focus on corporate categories including IT and FM, ensuring value for money and compliance with regulations. Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive effective procurement strategies.
