- Conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, aiming for at least 90 minutes per shift
- Engaging prospects, introducing event details, and encouraging attendance
- Tracking call outcomes and feedback, updating the CRM with accurate information
- Following up with interested leads as required
- Providing feedback to the team on call performance and areas for improvement
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a cold-call sales role
- Proven experience in closing sales deals
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive phone manner
- Comfortable handling objections and able to think quickly on your feet
- Reliable internet connection (if remote) and access to a phone or calling software
- Ability to stay focused and driven during short, intensive calling sessions
