Our client is a national developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
The need now exists for an experienced Commercial Manager to be based in Camden, North West London.
You will be responsible for phase 1 of a large mixed use development.
The phase consists of 1,200 units mixture of private and affordable across 12 blocks.
You will manage a commercial team which consists of 10 individuals.
The position will report into the Commercial Director.
The position is also offering 1 day working from home.
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on managing large high rise mixed use schemes in excess of £80m.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £110k - £115k + full package and bonus system.
