Commercial Manager - Fit-Out & Refurbishment

Salary: £85k - £100k per annum

We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost management, contract administration, and commercial strategy for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Ensure accurate cost forecasting, valuations, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor budgets, variations, and final accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:
