Commercial Manager - Fit-Out & Refurbishment
Salary: £85k - £100k per annum
We are working with a leading fit-out and refurbishment specialist in London who is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost management, contract administration, and commercial strategy for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure accurate cost forecasting, valuations, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost efficiency.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor budgets, variations, and final accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial management within the restaurant and hospitality fit-out sector.
- Strong knowledge of cost control, procurement, and contract negotiation.
- Proficient in estimating software and advanced Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
