An exciting Commercial Manager opportunity has arisen with an esteemed, award-winning Roofing Contracting Group. This well-established construction contractor, with a turnover of £100m, is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team during an exciting phase of growth. The role is based in London and involves managing commercial operations across a variety of projects in the region.If you have extensive experience in senior commercial roles within a roofing contractor or main contractor and are seeking to advance your career with a progressive and highly reputable contractor, this position could be the perfect fit for you. Salary: Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Company CarLocation: London Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercial strategy and management across multiple construction projects in London.
  • Oversee cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximise profitability.
  • Handle contract negotiations, ensuring terms are favourable and risks are minimised.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes efficiently.
  • Provide commercial insight to support project teams and ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and contractual obligations.
 Experience & Skills Required
  • Significant experience in senior commercial roles within a roofing contractor or main contractor.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost control, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and teams.
