They are based in the City of London. They have steadily grown over a period of 20+ years, building relationships with numerous top tier clients that have become long-standing repeat clients.

They have the capability and proven track record of being able to deliver High Spec Commercial Office Workspace up to circa 15m. (CAT A/B)

Geographically, London is their main stay however they do sometimes operate in the Home Counties for specific clients.

We are looking for a Commercial Manager on their behalf who has experience in:

- Attending pitches for new projects, contribute and present

- Preparing the budget and prelims build up, obtain trade contractor bids

- Preparing trade contractor bid list

- Preparing and monitoring package tender schedule

- Agreeing 2nd stage lump sum tenders

- Preparing, submitting and agreeing monthly cost reports

- Preparing, submitting and agreeing periodic valuations

- Instructing accounts to invoice clients

- Closing out financial account and retention releases

- Preparing final account reconciliation (CVR)
