Our client, a prestigious and large award-winning hotel brand and are seeking an Account Manager with strong commercial expertise in the corporate transient sector within EMEA and international business travel.

This remote role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional looking to progress their career in corporate account management.

The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with Travel Managers, understanding their strategies, presenting data and contributing to the expansion of the hotel portfolio. A proactive, insightful and eager-to-learn approach to engage in strategic conversations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive revenue and room night contributions into franchised and managed hotels across all brands globally.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key EMEA-based corporate clients, targeting new business opportunities
  • Deliver RFP acceptances from corporate clients to properties, either directly or through their nominated business travel intermediaries
  • Utilise a consultative sales approach to build strong partnerships with corporate clients and their travel intermediaries
  • Foster strong relationships to maximise revenue opportunities and market share for hotels, franchise partners, and the brand
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless account management and service delivery

What they’re looking for:

  • College/University Degree or equivalent experience, ideally within a hospitality or commercial discipline
  • Previous experience of working with lead generation and CRM systems is also essential
  • Comprehensive commercial knowledge of the hospitality sector within EMEA, particularly in global business travel
  • Significant experience in hotel sales & account management (property, national sales, or international sales) either in a property, cluster, or corporate environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously, often under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at all levels and diverse global backgrounds
  • Strong professional presentation skills
  • Passionate self-starter, exhibiting initiative, confidence, professionalismand good judgement in making business decisions
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
