Job Title: Associate Creative Director
Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days per week onsite)
Duration: 12 months contract
Max. Budget: £65k - £50k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £340 - £240 per day Inside IR35
The Opportunity:
- Within Client’s Studio EMEA, the Associate Creative Director, Student and Education owns the creative expression of the Student and Education product segment and is accountable for quality and consistency across the customer journey.
- You craft and develop world-class creative work that is relevant and engaging, and ensure all communications are delivered on a consistent brand look and feel.
- In this role, you act as key partner to the global Studio, regional and global Marketing team, and your main responsibilities will include translating campaign strategy into effective and scalable creative solutions.
- The Studio drives the entire creative production process, from consulting on briefs, conceptualisation, to resourcing and outsourcing, production and asset delivery.
- This role is perfect for someone who is collaborative, highly creative, well organized and has a broad creative ownership experience in a global corporate environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead all aspects of complex creative initiatives that drive the success of our marketing campaigns, including applying critical thinking and problem solving to building goals and lead cross-team collaboration to deliver successful outcomes.
- You will partner closely with, the regional and global marketing teams and the center of excellence teams.
- Build influential and collaborative relationships between Client’s Studio and the marketing teams to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.
- Foster Creative excellence through customer-centric design expression that meets business objectives, ensuring brand consistency and regional relevance.
- Lead multiple marketing design projects and ensure focused and efficient program delivery - within schedule, budget and resources.
- Cultivate a collaborative, positive team environment and set the tone for delivering excellence to partners across the organization.
- Strive for operational excellence, proactively identifying and driving areas of improvement across the design processes.
- Own and manage agency relationships that include regular briefings, project and financial updates, and creative reviews.
What you need to succeed:
- Great Associate Creative Directors voice an opinion, whether it’s about the brief, the copy, or the process to achieve our best work. They have a passion for marketing and the creative product.
- Deep knowledge of education system and student audiences in UK and US. (German / France a +)
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- A world-class understanding of design to lead projects across all disciplines, from concepting, to campaign and advertising development, and full funnel executions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting timelines.
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in the creative and marketing industry
- Hands-on experience with and advocate for Client’s Creative Cloud products
- English Speaker (first language or extremely proficient) French or German a + (Not mandatory)
- Experience working with Workfront project management tool a + (Not mandatory)
