- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to target key property developers, estate agents, and investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the property industry.
- Drive revenue growth through a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring the company’s services are positioned as market-leading solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the interior design team to align client needs with design solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on high-value deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
- Extensive experience in business development, with a strong network of contacts in the property industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the property and design industries, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Comfortable with hybrid working – based in Central London with flexibility.
- Competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000
- High OTE of £100,000 - £150,000 with uncapped commission and bonuses
