  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in business development, with a strong network of contacts in the property industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of the property and design industries, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with hybrid working – based in Central London with flexibility.
