- Generating and securing new business sales through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and virtual meetings.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onsite client management.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

- Collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams to execute successful events.
- Understand the market, products, and competitor landscape.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in conference or sponsorship sales.

- 40-45k Base, 60-65k Uncapped OTE
