With a reputation for delivering industry-leading events and conferences, this is a dynamic role offering growth, recognition, and the opportunity to make a real impact. The Role:As a Head of Business Development/Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on driving new business and managing client relationships for multiple summits and conferences. Your role will include:
  • Generating and securing new business sales through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and virtual meetings.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to onsite client management.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Working towards sales targets with resilience and a proactive approach.
  • Collaborating closely with operations and marketing teams to execute successful events.
Key Sales Responsibilities:
  • Understand the market, products, and competitor landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed and organised CRM records.
  • Represent the company’s brand and uphold its values.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
