This highly reputable global law firm is seeking an experienced marketing and business development leader to oversee and elevate the EMEA Regulatory and Global Antitrust, Competition & Economic Regulation (ACER) practices.

The Role

You will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will shape the regulatory practice strategy, foster client relationships, and raise the profile of the practice across key markets.

This is a leadership position with responsibility for managing a global M&BD team and delivering on high-impact initiatives, from new business development to marketing campaigns. You will also work closely with senior M&BD colleagues to align with firm-wide priorities.

Essential Experience

  • Significant M&BD experience in professional services, ideally with a background in Antitrust & Competition or EMEA regulatory practices.
  • Proven ability to manage complex business plans and deliver results.
  • A broad marketing skillset, with expertise in client relationship management, pitches, and targeting.
  • Strong operational and project management abilities.
