  • Head of Sales position promoting a bespoke / high end service of luxury interior and exterior natural stone projects
  • Focusing on projects in the high end hospitality & residential sectors
  • Dealing with and selling to Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractors such as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups
  • Understand details & specifications of every project
  • Working with the business development team to ensure pipeline numbers and conversation rates
  • Responsible for an annual budget of between £15m-£20m
  • Will have a responsibility to coach / mentor sales and business development employees
  • Working on projects varying in size from £1m to £5m

The ideal applicant will be Head of Sales - Interior and Exterior Natural Stone Services with:

  • Must have proven track record and contacts with Tier 1, developers & fit-out contractors such as; Multiplex, Mace, Willmott Dixon, Kier, McAlpine, Mclaren & Berkeley Groups
  • Must be from an associated background for example; stone, kitchens, joinery, flooring, fit-out, interiors, wall panels etc
  • Must have excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Presentable, humble, enthusiastic & self-motivated
