Role Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales. The individuals will both be responsible for business development and tasked to establish and lead their newly formed sales function. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee account management and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities and potential risks
