Internal Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance

My client, a highly successful and well-known bridging lender, is looking to expand its team with an Internal Business Development Manager based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong industry reputation.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and intermediaries.
  • Proactively cold-call brokerages and development businesses to generate new opportunities.
  • Identify new business prospects and drive lending activity.
  • Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Deliver excellent service and support to clients and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in bridging finance or commercial property lending.
  • Experience in cold calling brokerages and property development businesses to drive new business.
  • Proven track record in business development or relationship management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, driven, and commercially minded approach.
