Key Account Director - Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients in the grocery retail space

- Drive account growth, increase client satisfaction, and ensure retention of major accounts

- Lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent service and innovative solutions to clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored payment technology solutions that meet client needs

- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the company’s presence in the market
