Our client is offering a salary between £150,000 - 200,000 + bonus and equity.Responsibilities:
The role reports directly to the business owner and founding entrepreneur:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious growth and EBITDA targets.
- Build and lead a high-performing Senior Leadership team.
- Oversee Sales and Marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and market share.
- Ensure the delivery of the highest quality products.
- Expand and nurture the customer base and develop strong customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within an FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or high-growth brand.
- Strong track record of delivering growth in an SME environment.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities.
