Your new companyI am partnering with a leading education recruitment agency that connects exceptional teachers and support staff with schools across the UK. Over the past decade, this company has grown to four times its original size, reflecting its success and impact in the education sector. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to shape and lead their marketing strategy, strengthen their brand, and support ambitious growth plans. Your new roleAs the Marketing Director, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and lead generation across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the board, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, brand positioning, and growth trajectory. You will lead a team of 5 talented marketing professionals, all of whom have long-standing tenure within the company, benefiting from a stable and collaborative environment. This role is strategic yet hands-on, giving you the chance to shape the future of the company while being actively involved in campaign execution. This role is based in Central London, and is a hybrid role but will require some travel in the UK as the team is works remotely. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a robust, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business growth goals.
  • Drive brand awareness and lead generation efforts to support the company's mission to be the UK's top education recruitment agency.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content, and events.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Collaborate with other leadership team members to align marketing initiatives with overall company strategy.
  • Utilise analytics to track and measure campaign success, adapting strategies to optimise performance.
  • Be an influential voice on the leadership board, driving insights and innovation.What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the recruitment sector (education sector experience is a plus).
  • Strategic thinker with a strong track record of driving brand growth and lead generation.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to adjust strategies based on metrics.
