We are seeking a seasoned MEP Commercial Manager to join a globally recognised contractor within their specialstMEP Division, focusing on newly secured projects in central London.
This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with a leading industry contractor, offering the chance to take full commercial responsibility while reporting directly to a Senior Commercial Director.
The projects involve new commercial shell and core, as well as fit-out work in Central London, with MEP package values exceeding 40 million. You'll have the advantage of being involved from the early preconstruction phase, guiding the project through to its completion.
