- Develop and nurture relationships with Main / Tier 1 Contractors and Architects to identify and secure large, new build roofing projects, with a focus on large supply chain agreements and frameworks.
- Hold responsibility for New Build focused Product Introduction to clients and surveying practices working with the wider sales and marketing teams.
- Harness the power of in-house surveying technology to arrange client surveys and create accurate drawings, ensuring that the specifications align with client requirements.
- Work closely with the specification team to provide accurate data for pricing and proposals, ensuring quick and precise responses to customer opportunities.
- Drive business development efforts to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and market presence.
- Proven track record in business development within the UK Roofing Sector, specifically New Build
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of roofing and waterproofing solutions relating to the new build sector.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
