A global media and information company has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join their established team in London.

The position entails selling, advertising and other marketing initiatives to a global clientele. Their company specialises in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Industry. Therefore, an ability to speak and present to top-level executives in the global pharmaceutical and bio-pharmaceutical industry will be judged.

This role offers great earning potential with an uncapped commission of £45,000 per year. They also offer an excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a logical approach to managing their day and workload
  • Can communicate at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Be able to demonstrate prioritising your workload
  • Have previous experience in sales, business development, telesales
  • Planning and organisational skills are essential
  • Prioritisation as required when working to strict deadlines 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to easily identify high-interest sections
  • Ability to work with many stakeholders and prioritise workload appropriately 
  • Takes personal responsibility for quality of outputs

Required Skills:

  • The candidate should be articulate, well spoken, good voice, intelligent, presentable and with a good command of the English language
  • Some travelling will be required such as attending exhibitions and conferences
  • The candidate must be hard working, willing to take instructions, and become an integral part of the business - Rapid promotion is available

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous advertising sales experience is preferred but not necessary
