Kenny Recruit are looking for a Senior B2B Sales Executive to join one of their favourite clients! Important to note we’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, this role is not suited to someone early on in their sales career. This is a standalone role and will suit someone who is motivated by sales and looking to continually increase their income, we really are looking for a hungry sales individual! Our client are an e-commerce retail business who have seen significant growth over the last 10 years. This is an opportunity to shine in a pivotal role, building strong relationships, penetrating new markets, and shaping the future of a thriving division.

As a B2B Senior Sales Executive, you’ll lead the charge in expanding our client’s offlineB2B global sales. This role encompasses all aspects of the business, not only will you collaborate with businesses that truly make a difference in both the private and public sector, but you will also be involved with their expansion into physical retail. Retail experience is advantageous but certainly not essential, quality sales experience (be able to back it up with numbers) is key.

Pay: £80,000 - £120,000 OTE per annum. Opportunity to bill more as there is no cap on commission + benefits + discretionary bonusesLocation: Central London. 2 - 3 days in the office required, potentially more some weeks.Working hours: 9:00am - 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Pro actively seek out and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to drive new business opportunities.
  • Build & Expand B2B: Forge new relationships and nurture existing accounts within both the private and government sector including charities, housing associations, councils and government bodies.
  • Strengthen Retail: Build relationships with high-street chains to grow our physical retail footprint across the UK, Europe and USA.
  • Streamline Stock: Partner with clearance houses to manage product life cycles and create value by clearing end-of-life products.
  • Seal the Deal: Deliver stand out presentations, close impactful sales, and foster long-term client loyalty, ensuring that growth in outbound sales is your top priority.
  • Market Expert & Growth Driver: Stay ahead of market trends, competitors, and opportunities, using your insights and sales data analysis to uncover new opportunities, shape future products, and drive sustained growth."

Requirements:

  • Sales and Lead Generation Pro: Preferred 5+ years of proven success generating new leads and selling physical products into retail or public sector with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Expertise in new business acquisition: Strength in identifying, contacting and converting new stakeholders in order to grow outbound sales.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Strong presentation and relationship-building skills to win clients over.
  • Results-Driven: A natural closer who thrives on exceeding targets and crushing goals.
