The Senior Bid Executive will be an integral part of the marketing and business development team. You will be responsible for support and project managing bids. You will work with the Bid Manager to implement the bid route map, take ownership of a number of bids and drive best practise to maximise bid success.

Description

  • Manage all stages of the bid process, including preparation, submission and follow-up
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop bid strategies
  • Review and edit bid documents to ensure they meet client requirements
  • Provide advice and guidance to the team on bid best practices
  • Analyse bid outcomes and provide feedback for future improvements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling bid presentations
  • Ensure adherence to company's bid management procedures

Profile

A successful Senior Bid Executive should have:

  • Degree-level education in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry or from the wider B-B space
  • Bids experience, managing 40-50 bids at one time, short projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
