We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Director to join a leading PropTech company, driving the growth of their service and insight offerings. This rapidly expanding, well-funded organization has a strong client base across the legal and property sectors. Known for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and passion, the company offers an exciting, fast-paced environment where fresh ideas are encouraged.

In this role, the Senior Business Development Director will work closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, leveraging consultative sales strategies to secure new business and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets by securing new business
  • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue new leads and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams across the broader business group
  • Maintain and manage client data through Salesforce
  • Contribute to strategic direction and support market expansion efforts

About You:

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally within the legal, real estate, or PropTech sectors
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional planning and time management abilities
  • Experience mentoring and coaching sales teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage

This is a remote postion with travel required to client and partner offices across the UK.
