We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Strategic Sales & Industry team in CRB GB as a Business Development Director. The successful candidate will focus on progressing your own large prospects and leading CRB-wide growth campaigns. This is the perfect role for an individual with a passion for a career in sales and relationship management.Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales target allocated by line manager.
  • Oversee and undertake the effective management of agreed Growth Initiatives supporting various business units across CRB.
  • Generate activity levels commensurate with delivering personal financial targets as an individual and for assigned growth initiatives.
  • Demonstrate personal prospecting activity that leads directly to the generation of new prospect engagement.
  • Ensure our CRM system accurately represents the business position around business development and data captured accurately on all prospects.
  • Support WTW strategic marketing campaigns and events - demonstrating activity to support WTW and team objectives.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and best practice in all prospect engagement.
  • Utilise all sales tools and resources at our disposal to successfully move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Leverage risk insights & industry practices for a best in class client experience.
The Requirements
  • A proven track record of sales, project or client/market relationship management.
  • Articulate with excellent client facing and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to generate leads and follow up to build an efficient pipeline.
  • Demonstrable sales process experience.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A Team player, interpersonal skills, can do attitude.
