Senior Client Development Executive - Insurance (12 Month FTC)We're currently working with an exciting international law firm, who are looking for a Senior Client Development Executive to come in and join their impressive Insurance team, on a 12-month contract.As a well-regarded and growing team, you'll be well situated to stand-out and continue to develop your career further. The firm themselves promote a positive work culture, inspiring collaborative work where you will feel valued in your efforts.The RoleYou'll be working to support the Insurance team, driving growth of the largest, most complex clients, implementing structured processes, maintaining best practices, and ensuring consistency. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Leading key client relationships, managing accounts, maximizing revenue, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Client Relationship Partners (CRPs) and Account Team Partners on strategic account plans.
  • Advising CRPs and stakeholders on client needs, objectives, and growth plans.
  • Implementing client development initiatives to boost engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities for product development and promotion.
  • Chairing internal strategy meetings for Key Accounts.
  • Challenging partners on short-term goals and driving long-term client vision.
  • Supporting stakeholders in preparing pitches and proposals.
  • Using industry expertise to guide research projects and thought leadership.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs.
  • Fostering communication channels to promote Key Account Programme activities.
  • Planning and executing Key Account events to enhance client engagement.
  • Managing budgets to ensure optimal ROI for business development initiatives.

About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a legal/professional services firm
  • Knowledge of the insurance market would be advantageous but not necessarily vital
