Senior Commercial Excellence Manager - 12 Month Contract.

Salary- £90,000 - £95,000 + Package.

Hybrid - Central London (3 days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Analysts to standardize reporting and create automated dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to identify automation solutions for increased organizational efficiency.
  • Lead automation projects to track key performance indicators for airports and customers.
  • Maintain the Global Travel Retail (GTR) performance scorecard.
  • Facilitate Joint Business Planning with key customers.
  • Oversee the Monthly Commercial Review process.
  • Develop and monitor in-store execution strategies for optimal customer experiences.
  • Lead training initiatives for the commercial team.
  • Conduct commercial needs analysis and create a training calendar for staff.
  • Ensure high-quality content creation in areas like data analytics, revenue growth management, and supply chain forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive relevant experience in FMCG/beverage sectors or consulting roles focused on sales excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in field sales and progressive leadership roles.
  • Proficient in sales forecasting software and analytics tools like Excel and Tableau.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
